How can I get a refund?
If you purchased a subscription on the App Store:
- Access this webpage
- Sign in with the Apple ID you used to make the purchase
- Tap I’d like to > Choose Request a refund
- Choose the reason why you want a refund > Next
- Choose the purchased item > Submit
If you purchased a subscription on the Google Play Store:
- Go to play.google.com
- At the top right, tap your Profile picture > Payments & subscriptions > Budget & order history
- For the order you want a refund, tap Report a problem
- Select the option that describes your situation
- Complete the form and note that you'd like a refund > Submit
